Chipping

Your Objective here is to produce a shot that gets of the ground fast and rolls like a putt.

Ball Position: Behind right foot
Clubhead: Square to the line
Hands: Well in front of the ball

In the picture at left, notice how the clubface remains square to the target line.  This is very important to assure the ball comes of the clubface with no side spin and tracks to your target. this is a must for good chipping

In this photo, notice how the grip is still in front of the clubhead. This is vital to achieve solid contact and a repeatable shot.
